Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Darby’s refund and returns policy lasts 28 days. This means you are only eligible to return any items you have purchased 28 days after they were delivered to you. If you attempt to return these items after the 28 day period we won’t be able to offer you a full refund or exchange.

All items that want to be returned need to be packaged in the original packaging as well as being returned in good condition, if you don’t meet these recommendations a full refund or exchange won’t be available.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. However items such as swimwear, lingerie and earrings can not be returned due to hygiene reasons.

Refunds

After you have sent your parcel back to us and we have received it you will be sent an email telling you that we have received your returned item(s). Once this process has occurred we will notify you whether or not we accept or reject your return and will be able to offer you a refund.

If your return has been approved your refund will then be processed and this money will be returned back into your account before 12 working days.

Sale items

Only full priced item can be refunded, this means any items you purchased that were in the sale can’t be refunded.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you need to use our returns page on the website so that you can use the local courier that delivered the parcel to you in most cases this will be Evri.

The return time will vary dependent on where it is you live.

Then once the parcel has returned back to the Darby warehouse we will notify you.
